Tria Capital focuses mainly on new and emerging Internet technologies including but not limited to semantic web, user generated content (folksonomy), social networks, virtuals communities, syndicating technologies, podcasting, aggregators, mashup and any other cutting-edge web technologies. When proposing your project, we reserve high priority to companies that have built proprietary technology along with the proof-of-concept for their project. We are greatly interested in new ideas that push the fabric of technology to new heights and attempt to break through existing barriers. More specifically, we are seeking a company that comes to us with an idea to improve a current web-technology than a company whose concept merely utilizes an existing technology. We invest in all types of business B2B, B2C and C2C.

Team
The management of any business is the single most important determining factor in the success or failure of a business. As investors, we invest in the management of a business, not the business itself. As such, when submitting your idea to us. It goes without saying that you should put the emphasis on selling us your management team as much as your concept. The best concept in the world will not go very far without a strong management team that is capable of executing and driving the potential of its vision.

Stage
Tria Capital focuses on new start-ups still in the planning stages or early in development (seed stage) and that are able to demonstrate a strong proof of concept with a driving force to bring it to the next stages. We are looking for entrepreneurs that can demonstrate to us the impact of their innovation, the management team and any advisors and their value chain analysis, market entry (planned or in-progress) and strategic exit strategy.

Capital
Tria Capital focuses on new start-ups still in the planning stages for project requiring between $50,000 USD and $1,000,000 USD.

The Process
Tria Capital follows a strict evaluation of each proposal submitted. We usually close within 60 days and you will be in direct communication during each of our strategic analysis. Please include the following information when submitting your project. Documents submitted are kept entirely confidential.

• Business and marketing plan
• Amount required, timeframe, ownership proposed
• Financial budget and cash flow (if available)
• Any others useful information (website, patent number, etc.)
