Our focus.
Tria Capital focuses mainly on international real estate development in emerging countries including Central America, South America, Asia and the Middle East. We invest in diverse real estate projects, including master planned land development, hotels, gated communities, resort developments, condominium developments and land segregating and carbon market farms.

What we seek.
The management of any business is the single most important determining factor in the success or failure of a business. As investors, we invest in the management, not only the project itself. As such, when submitting your project to us, it goes without saying that you should put the emphasis on selling us your management team as much as your project. The best concept in the world will not go very far without a strong management team that is capable of executing and driving the potential of its vision.

Tria Capital typically invests from $250,000 USD to $5,000,000 USD per individual project.

The Process.
Tria Capital follows a strict evaluation of each proposal submitted. We usually close within 60 days so you will be hearing from us during each of our strategic analysis. Please include all of the following information when submitting your project. Documents submitted are kept confidential.

• Business and marketing plan
• Financial budget and cash flow
• Amount required, timeframe, ownership proposed
• Suggested exit strategy and timeframe
• Management team and any advisors
• Any others useful information (website, patent number, etc.)
