Emerging Real Estate
Tria Capital focuses primarily on real estate development within emerging markets in countries in Central America. We invest in diverse real estate projects, including master planned land development, hotels, gated communities, condominium developments and land segregating and carbon market farms. Some public projects in partnership with Tria Capital include:

Internet Technologies
Tria Capital is interested in mainly new and emerging Internet technologies including but not limited to mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, Android, Amazon Apps), sementic web, user generated content, social networks, virtual communities, syndicating technologies, mashups and any other cutting-edge web technologies. We are especially interested in new ideas that push the fabric of technology to new heights and attempt to break through existing barriers.
